Show a warning if the user wants to upload TIFFs (i.e. only large TIFFs are supported).

Maybe the TIFF size could be checked locally, too. Too small TIFFs could be rejected.

Newly selected files are handled here. The view already contains some examples how error/info messages could be shown. This particular error message should be shown as text-warning.
