Upgrade to InnoSetup 6 #972

Currently the Windows app uses still InnoSetup 5.

It seems prodent to upgrade this to version 6.

Likely benefits:

  1. Better support of newer Windows versions.
  2. More modern setup UI.
  3. ... you name it...
