GCnotify verification email may be mistaken as a phishing attempt

Since the email verification is sent from @notification.canada.ca, some public users may be weary to click the link due to phishing concerns.
It would be ideal to make the email more EAO-specific.

Options:

• Change the text that precedes the email address
• Add a disclaimer in the pop-up after user enters their email
