在JS添加WKWebView，代码回传给OC，在ios13下出现 decisionHandler is not a function. 而是'decisionHandler' is an instance of Object报错,而在ios10没有这个问题

JS代码:

`
webView_decidePolicyForNavigationAction_decisionHandler: function(webView, navigationAction, decisionHandler) {

        decisionHandler(1);

}`
