It is unclear for me to set up discrete and categorical descriptors.

e.g. what if i would like to use Temperature as a a parameter but only choose between [ 50, 60, 70]

and also for categorical feature how could i do one-hot encoding method

Any updates on this? Mainly concerning the discrete variables from a value in a defined list?
