Current implementation allows only "All-or-nothing" tracking of quantities.

What would be nice to have is

save the instrument status (volumes, quantities etc.) and re-load selected Zones / Elements from that configuration in the next run
have a default tracking for e.g. system liquids, including soft warnings and hard constraints when the level drops too low

Requirements for system liquid tracking:

take into account all steps where system liquid is transferred (important: Wash steps!)
specific Warnings / Exceptions for specific zones / Elements
