Reload loop on mobile /collect page

When I go to the "featured artwork" page on a mobile browser, the page repeatedly reloads without any input from the user. [...] the user has to exit the site completely and revisit it to see a navigable website. I was able to reproduce the bug on both Android and iOS...

I can't repro but @acjay @damassi @joeyAghion I know you guys have seen reload loops before, maybe you have thoughts on how to test it?

I don't know if this particular case is caused by auction count-downs or some other use of setTimeout with a too-large value.

I never actually shipped the fix for the other one. Think I got caught up in figuring out how to test it. I'll try to pick it up tomorrow.
