snap package

I've made a snap package for marksman. It's my first snap, so I'm not 100% sure that it's 100% correct, but it works (I've installed it locally and tested with helix).

Here it is:

Should I open a PR, so that you could register and distribute it, or should I do it in a separate repository using my own account?

That's awesome @rominf!
If you're happy to publish on snapcraft and occasionally bump a version when I push a new release, it's fine to do so using your own account. PR to this repo would also work -- I checked snapcraft docs and it seems like it's not too much maintenance. So, yeah, whatever works for you.

But either way, please do make a PR mentioning a snap package in the README when it gets released.

I updated a package to use the latest version of Ubuntu base.
To check that everything works I created: https://snapcraft.io/marksman-rominf, you can try it, after installation you probably want to run:

sudo snap alias marksman-rominf.marksman marksman

so that it works with editors that expect marksman name.
