onClickedOutside doesn't trigger on the same element on second time click

Hi Arkon,

This is really useful directive. I started using this today and I saw that the event gets triggered on the first click of element but not on second click on the same element. Maybe the first click event getting cached so the next time you click on the same the event doesn't trigger. Do you have any workaround for this? Thanks in Advance.
