When using Microsoft Remote Desktop.app, disabling SensibleSideButtons makes it such that the back and forward buttons are passed correctly to the Windows Remote Desktop to which I am connecting.

It would be nice to have the ability to blacklist applications such that the application is automatically disabled when within the window of one of those applications and then re-enabled when the focus is a different application. While the menu bar "Enable" option makes it trivially easy to turn it on and off, it would be most excellent if this could be automated based on the application which has focus.

Just installed and found the same is true for Horizon VM client. Would be awesome to ignore for certain applications, similar to Magnet!

Same here. I always have to manually disable it when playing Minecraft because I map my side buttons to something in-game.

+1 here, needed to disable when playing WoW to assign key bindings to mouse 4/5 buttons
