Problem setting up on windows

I am developing a legal research project with PHP. MySql is to restrictive. The law people don't know just what they want...

It's time to try a nosql db.

I have used the MSI to install couchdb on my windows-11 box. During the install I used admin/mistered for my user and password. When I try to run setup is asks for my creds and says they are no good. I have removed and reinstalled a couple of times to no avail.

The install responds to the browser address with:

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I looked around for the ini files and found etc/local.id/10-admin.ini, changed the [admins] to admin = mistered and restarted.
Life is good again.
