Usage: pdf-adblock input.pdf [output.pdf]

Remove advert pages from input.pdf based on words coded as characters on the
page (i.e., assume advert do not have much text or are supplied as graphics).

optional: output.pdf - name of the resulting pdf
	  if missing, create a -adb suffixed file in the current directory

The word count threshold is set to 100 by default.
