disable requirement.yml install

I everybody I use molocule to test my playbook I have followind folder tree

- roles
     |
    - roles folder
    - requirements.yml
|
- molecules
|
- playbook.yml

when I launch molecule, dependency always download role contain in requirement.yml in ephemeral folder.

this folder are before playbook roles folder in ANSIBLE_ROLES_PATH env.

so if I modify for debug one of my role I need to push modification in my remote before test if I want to test with molecule.

Solution will be to add an option to disable dependancy check on start of molecule.

Ok just found prerun: false option that answer to my need
