Add stderr to ansible.posix/plugins/modules/synchronize.py

SUMMARY

Add stderr_lines to match stdout_lines in synchronize output

ISSUE TYPE

• In some cases it's very useful to rsync details recorded to stderr
• One example is to grab the debug1: Sending command: rsync ... for use in the authorized_keys: file

• This would be consistent with the builtin command module: https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/ansible/builtin/command_module.html

COMPONENT NAME

• ansible.posix/plugins/modules/synchronize.py
• add "stderr_lines" to both return objects
• potentially include a config to disable returning stderr_lines

If you're open to implementing this, it looks pretty easy and I can write the patch if you don't want to.
