example url doesn't work on the live server

i'm not sure if it should; but it doesn't - https://s2-reader.apps.allenai.org/?file=https://arxiv.org/pdf/0801.4750.pdf

is that because it's not working at all? or just because this exact paper ( the one from the readme - https://github.com/silky/scholarphi/blob/master/ui/README.md ) hasn't actually been pre-processed on that particular server? (i.e. the db stuff isn't present)
