The plugin is not tested on Windows.

The test cases were all passing on Windows until this PR, where four of the GoTo definition tests, which are correctly positioned at line n on Ubuntu and Mac are at line n + 1 on Windows.

There is also a need to do general IDE testing (#7) on Windows.
