Echo dot unavailable

Hi, new to custom integrations here.
I have downloaded Alexa media player and it has recognized that i have an echo dot. But the device is always showing "unavailable". I 'm really lost. Anyone available to help me sort this out ?
I already try t o"reload" the integration, i tried multiple version and it doesnt change anything.

Ok i finally got it with Chatgpt's help.
I live in Belgium and the domain to use was amazon.fr and not amazon.com or amazon.com.be.
Maybe it was obvious, i don't know but I hope it can help anyone
