Coroutine 1.6 Tests Issue

Updating to coroutine 1.6 causes existing tests that needs viewmodel functions (e.g. selectSubscribe) to return immediately now fails. Here's the link to 1.6 blog:

For now, if you are using the test rule, use it like this:

MvRxTestRule(testDispatcher = UnconfinedTestDispatcher())
