We should compute, store and display the effective fluid properties in the dashboard. Call it ρfluid and Kfluid
The effective fluid density is the arithmetic average weighted by the volume fractions. The effective fluid modulus is the harmonic average weighted by the volume fractions.
Works like resistors hooked up in series and in parallel (the way I remember it).
We should make sure we handle this for an arbitrary number of fluid phases, which is connected to issue #153.
