LESS CSS Compiler Error

I keep getting this randomly for some reason

LESS CSS Compiler Error
custom_site.less: Syntax Error: Cannot read property "length" from undefined (line -1, column -1) near

It doesn't make any sense, i add an extra line just to modify the file and save again and the error doesn't show up, about 4 in every 10 saves it's goes through ok and the other 6x i have to add or remove an empty line to be able to compile properly

Hi @dankron Were you able to resolve this error? I have the same issue and it just doesn't makes any sense.

No mate, still have the issue but I've discovered if you restart phpstorm the problem goes away for a while, then comes back only another restart fixes

Thanks for the quick reply mate. I found a workaround, which may have its own cons, but works for now. I degraded my version from 2.6.9 to 2.6.8.
