This issue was created with the document version "v1"

Parts of the recommendations have been moved to an "advanced' subsection, which refer to "Appendix A: Impact Categories". Since it wasn't common sense to keep that appendix in the document, we discuss this here.

Please leave comments, if you want that Appendix to be removed.
