Allow Coordinator to list sessions they're in #406

I'm not sure if this is needed in practice, but currently list_sessions won't list the sessions the Coordinator is in, only what Participants are in.

At first this looks not required, since the Coordinator must know about the session since they created it in the first place. But maybe this would be useful in some scenario?
