Unable to add AMT Device manually

Describe the bug
When attempting to add a device manually to the server, the pop-up box is completed then just goes away. It never adds the device to the device group. This is a fresh installation of the server.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'My Devices'
2. Click on 'Add_Local'
3. Complete the Pop-Up
4. No Error is shown and computer is not added.

Expected behavior
When the pop-up window is completed, the device shows up and authenticates using the provided user/pass in the form.

Server Software (please complete the following information):

• OS: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
• Virtualization: Nutanix AHV
• Network: LAN
• Version: 1.1.33
• Node: 22.11.0

Client Device (please complete the following information):

• Device: Laptop
• OS: Windows 11
• Network: over LAN
• Browser: Google Chrome

Remote Device (please complete the following information):

• Device: Desktop
• OS: Windows 10 21H2
• Network: over LAN
• Current Core Version (if known): 11.8.70

Additional Info
I am able to add the device if I use the JSON import tool. However, this requires me to provide passwords in plain text.
