Describe the bug
When attempting to add a device manually to the server, the pop-up box is completed then just goes away. It never adds the device to the device group. This is a fresh installation of the server.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'My Devices'
Click on 'Add_Local'
Complete the Pop-Up
No Error is shown and computer is not added.
Expected behavior
When the pop-up window is completed, the device shows up and authenticates using the provided user/pass in the form.
Server Software (please complete the following information):
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
Virtualization: Nutanix AHV
Network: LAN
Version: 1.1.33
Node: 22.11.0
Client Device (please complete the following information):
Device: Laptop
OS: Windows 11
Network: over LAN

Additional Info
I am able to add the device if I use the JSON import tool. However, this requires me to provide passwords in plain text.
