Add Hotkey to Read Clipboard Contents

I believe a feature like this would be useful for QoL, but also would reduce the CPU usage of typing and the overlay issue of some games that run in full screen.

Since the CPU usage goes up when typing, typing in another game, quickly hitting CTRL + A then CTRL + X to cut the words, and then hitting a hotkey to read out the clipboard would remove the typing in the overlay step.

This also makes it easier to use without opening up an overlay for every sentence you want to say.
