DCS and Izabela - Cannot use #57

Exactly similar to #38, but in Digital Combat Simulator instead. I have attempted running both DCS and Izabela in Admin modes with no success as described here #22 (comment). There are multiple users with this issue.

Hello @asherao! Can you hear the sound of the overlay activating when pressing the default overlay keys? Have you changed the default overlay hotkeys or is it occurring when using Alt+Enter as well?

I cannot hear the sound of the overlay activating. The overlay activated with sound if I Alt+Tab out of the game first. I have tried the default overlay keys as well as a few custom ones.

DCS is free to play if you are interested in trying to replicate the issues.
