Delay on the SAY API

I type something and it takes roughly a full second to actually begin speaking. CPU is not bottle necking so it's not waiting for CPU either, which was the case before sometimes when the program decided to eat up 30% of my CPU

It's a known issue on Say (Marak/say.js#92). I'm watching that issue and will fix it here when a solution is found.
