I'm using a W10 managed laptop. When I use PowerShell have to do the following to make the docker commands work:
In Docker Desktop:
Settings
General
Untick "Use the WSL 2 based engine" (it's ticked by default) so the disabled [Apply & restart] button will be enabled
Click the [Apply and restart] button, then [Apply].
Still in Docker Desktop:
Same as above but now tick "Use the WSL 2 based engine", then click the [Apply and restart] button, then [Apply].
Restart PowerShell, it will work.
Not sure if it's only happened to me, but thought to mention it here.
