Add session for debugging install

We had a lot of problems still about the setup... we need to give a command that will ensure everything runs smoothly, including the pull.

• Some users seemed to need to be logged in?
• Power shell issues
• zsh in mac does not work?

it would also be useful to maintain a more strict and constarined set of install instructions for windows, and ask mac users to have bash installed, and only use that.
