verison.texi missing

version.texi was deleted in commit bdb4e0c. It is still written in CMakeLists.txt and required in udunits2.texi.

That file should be built from the source every time. Are you saying it isn't?

FYI, the head of the GitHub repository isn't guaranteed to work.

I see. The problem is that version.texi is not built in some circumstance. With MacPorts, which I maintain the port, I had to place manually created version.texi, or the build process stops due to the lack of it.
