Troubleshooting Notes

Here are some known issues in installing and running the pipeline along with the solutions to resolve them.

vtLog: Before you run the pipeline for the first time, lines 128-133 of behaviours_m.py contain references to self.vce.vtLog['spo2']. Change all of these to be self.vce.Status['spo2']
