Update Scroll Percentage with New Header Tracking #464

The percentage of the page the a User scrolls to doesn't seem to answer the question of what content the User has seen within the Google Analytics Behavioral Data. The proposed solution would be to implement the same Viewport code that is now in the Design System.

Noted Potential Issues:

  • Test to see if the Top Navigation recorded data in a misleading way
    • Clicking on the Top Nav should not record all sections as being "viewed" since it is scrolled past that section.
    • If the above notion is true, look into alternatives listed below
  • If above is validated, then implement a pause in Viewport tracking upon Navigation Click
