Symptom: Files won't open within the workspace using our Docker setup (appears to work using PrairieLearn image)

Cause: Unknown; potentially a saving issue as we enable autosave and RTC handles autosave for collaborators

Fix: Unplanned; RTC not used at time of writing and Jupyterlab is re-working how drives are implemented which will likely require reimplementing a fix once changed - jupyterlab/jupyterlab#16556
