I tried with two of instances and I only get the red icon-not-found icons. select_single_5 and select_single_7 look great. I tried with .jpg and .svg and .pdf. It just does not work.

Comes with a leading forwardslash (path separator) with paths created like /fileadmin/.. then absoluteFilePath goes to '' in getIconHtml() in FormEngineUtility.
