Add home- / documentation page

Something using a simple static site generator that can be deployed to GH pages and proxied over nginx (or alternatively self-hosted next to geniURL's server).
There should be a homepage describing what geniURL is, a documentation section based on markdown files, and potentially a search page that users can be redirected to if a search didn't yield a good enough result.
