Because at the moment features like the auto-liking can not be backed up and transported to a different browser or device.

I'm putting this on hold since v2.1 is introducing a new helper dialog for importing and exporting. Tho longer term it would be much better to just have to back up a single string.

With the help of UserUtils' new DataStoreSerializer class this should be much easier to do so I am reopening this.
