Wearable Saddles [Suggestion]

Horse saddles could be worn as a "chestpiece", allowing pets to ride on the backs of players as to prevent them from potentially getting too far to teleport back, or from getting harmed along the journey. Optionally allows other players to hitch a ride this way, giving non-pegasi/flightless creatures a mode of "carrying" players and mobs similarly. Also functions as an accessory!
