Hot Air Balloon Navigation

Making this for visiblity. Also may affect pegasus flight/wind as the wind is part of that. My plan is to have wind direction be different based on altitude at high altitudes so ponies flying in the hot air balloon can ride the currents to navigate.

This means the wind will probably also be made a little stronger for both balloons and pegasi at these altitudes as it currently doesn't do very much.
