A reference to a phrase Twilight says during the episode Applebuck Season, you get it by bucking a tree with no apples in it. (Much like Applejack was doing to prompt this phrase in the episode.) Could eventually be altered to require an actually dead tree if further orchard care mechanics are ever implemented.

I like the idea of having to care for the trees lest they die, and bucking them produces this advancement. I'm not yet sure how that might work though.
