Issue with multicolor printing on IDEX printer using Klipper and OrcaSlicer

When attempting a print with manual color painting, as I usually do in PrusaSlicer, I noticed an issue. During the transition between E1 and E2, it seems like the layers become separated — as if it’s making two Z-axis moves for each color change. This doesn’t happen when I use PrusaSlicer.
The STL file is the same in both slicers, and the Prusa profile is nearly perfectly copied to Orca. The start g-code is identical, as is the START_PRINT command. Both the T0 and T1 macros are also the same. Despite these similarities, the issue only occurs in OrcaSlicer.
