It seems that the problem has been resolved. The cause was incorrect predefined “line width” settings— for a 0.4 nozzle, the settings were 0.42 - 0.45 instead of 0.4. I’m monitoring the prints for now, but it looks like the issue has disappeared. |

Hi, I’m experiencing wall separation issues. I’ve calibrated everything—flow, temperatures, PID, and the extruder—but no matter what settings I use, the bonding between walls remains weak. Previously, I used Cura, and the bonding was fine. Is there a way to fix this while staying with OrcaSlicer? Going back to Cura isn’t an option 😅
I’m using two Ender 5 Plus printers, both equipped with Dragon ST hotends. One has a BMG extruder, the other an LGX, and both were calibrated separately, but the issue is the same on both.
