add an entity to list hosts belonging to a job invocation

came out form the discussion in SatelliteQE/robottelo#10173
instead of using f'{target_sat.url}/api/job_invocations/{job.id}/hosts/{host[0].id}' we could have an api andpoint used directly with the target sat object
