  • remove v1 from portal fileview
  • remove v1 from featured studies
  • edit Synapse wiki to direct to v2
  • write release notes for v2
  • remove study = rnaSeqReprocessing annotations from other files that are also part of other studies (e.g. rosmap clinical file)
