The patch copy stuff for a bit and then stops without any error or anything.

Update: It looks like it's working, it's just not creating the shorcut.

v0.16 is having some issues. If the shortcut isn't created but the mod was installed successfully, you can create a shortcut to (IIRC) {YOUR BL2 DIRECTORY]/server/Binaries/Win32/borderlands2.exe manually. If there are any other issues, try running the patcher again.
