These short sessions (45min to 1hr) will focus on tools and practices for NOAA scientists to help you be faster, more efficient, and organized in your data science projects. This year I will also teach you the basics of Agile project management and Scrum using the GitHub platform. The focus of these workshops is practical skills and tools. The lecture portion is 10-11am PDT and then I stay on WebEx for 30 minutes to answer any questions. Note the coding sessions are R and R Markdown focused, while the GitHub parts are code-language agnostic.
