Disclaimers and Guide Posts in docs

So, it seems like much of the documentation is dated and no longer supported for example open-manipulator. Looking at the e-manual and git this isn't clear. Can we update the open manipulator e-manual and the git with a disclaimer at the top of the entry page and README respectively saying they are no longer maintained and providing redirects to an analog arm if it exists?

It is better to delete unsupported examples than keep them without a disclaimer, it leaves a bad impression when you try to work with example code written for EOL tools that is difficult to get working.
