rdapo: prefix used twice for different namespeces

There is a problem with the same prefix rdapo: used twice for different namespaces:. One for the object properties of RDA Place and the other for the Polarity value vocabulary. see: http://prefix.cc/rdapo

@prefix rdapo: <http://rdaregistry.info/Elements/p/object/> .
@prefix rdapo: <http://rdaregistry.info/termList/RDAPolarity/> .

I suggest fixing this problem ASAP by correcting the latter prefix to rdapol: which is already listed at http://prefix.cc/rdapol
