incorrect namespaces for RDA value vocabularies #189

The namepaces for RDA value vocabularies as shown on for example http://www.rdaregistry.info/termList/AspectRatio/ follow a format like indeed: http://rdaregistry.info/termList/AspectRatio

However, that would suggest that the URI for elements in that namespace have a form like:
http://rdaregistry.info/termList/AspectRatio{elementname}, for example
http://rdaregistry.info/termList/AspectRatio1001 which is clearly incorrect (also gives a 404 as expected). I assume the correct namespace URI is http://rdaregistry.info/termList/AspectRatio/
