Qubes OS release

Qubes release 4.1.1 (R4.1)
WM: i3 version 4.18.2

Brief summary

Icons are not being displayed in qui-domains and qui-devices.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Right-click to qui-domains or qui-devices

Expected behavior

Qube icons should be displayed on the left side of the menu.

Actual behavior

Icons are not being displayed.
