Convert Yu-Gi-Oh! deck lists between ydke:// URL form and passcode arrays. For Node.js only. TypeScript-compatible and dependency-free.

ydke:// URLs are a compact Yu-Gi-Oh! deck serialization format, used in Project Ignis: EDOPro and at YGOPRODECK.
