Would this include overall website messaging and related offers? I know we have calls to action as a different task, which would be related.

I think the comment was made to generally describe both of the things that you're talking about

We may need to create a bigger document to start listing out all the bulleted items that need to be addressed although I think that this ticket allows you to do some thing like it
